The agent will be highly skilled and knows our plan, options and upgrades as well as has intricate knowledge of all the other steps involved in getting you through the building process from the beginning to the end. Once you have picked out your home and its features and a contract is established, the agent will provide you with a comprehensive source to help guide you through what to expect at each phase of the building process.

The next phase will involve you meeting with your builder for a preconstruction meeting. At that point the plan specifications, selections, and upgrades will be verified. Once that is accomplished then construction will begin. The construction of your house will be backed up with systems that use state of the art technology that insures maximum efficiency and smoothness during the construction process. Your house will be built with quality subcontractors that we have long standing relationships with.  

When the construction of your home is complete the builder will provide you with a homeowner orientation. This process will help you merge successfully from being the buyer of the home to being the proud new owner of the home. You will be provided with information ranging from how to operate the features of your home, phone numbers to get access to community services, and how the home warranty process works. We will commit to delivering you, our customer, through each phase of this process with the highest standards of customer service.
